A verification check as per Incoming inspection plan- if the product arrived in good condition at your warehouse before accepting them into your stock.
In some cases additional measurements are required to verify if the product is according to the desired specification.
Checking if the boxes are OK, the labels are there in the right place, the quantity is OK, etc.
The functionality is, or should be, guaranteed and proved with a measurement report from the vendor
